One of the biggest draws of our neighborhood is seeing the Northern Lights. From September to April, these stunning auroras dance across the night sky, painting the darkness with vibrant shades of green, purple, and pink. But that's not all - our neighborhood is surrounded by five ski resorts, offering endless opportunities for downhill thrills and snow sports. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can explore the frozen waterfalls of Korouma National Park, where you can see icicles hanging from the cliffs like sparkling diamonds.

For a more cultural experience, visit the reindeer and horse farm nearby, where you can learn about the traditional way of life for the Sámi people. Or, take a trip to the Ranua Zoo, where you can see polar bears, arctic foxes, and other arctic animals up close. And of course, no trip to Finnish Lapland would be complete without a visit to Santa Claus Village, where you can meet the man himself and take a tour of his workshop. But the fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down - our neighborhood is also home to some of the best ice fishing and wood-burning sauna experiences in the world. And for the truly brave, there's always the option of ice bathing, where you can dip into the freezing water and emerge feeling invigorated and alive.
